Silent failure: an automation that stops without telling anyone

The scenario

You set up an automation that works. It runs, everyone is happy. Three days later an outside service answers two seconds late. The automation stops. Nobody is told.

That is silent failure: nothing rings, and nobody sees it until the day it costs money.

The three rules

  1. It retries on its own: at least three attempts, with a growing wait.
  2. It warns: a person gets an email or a message when the attempts fail.
  3. It writes everything down: who, what, when. Without a log, you cannot know what happened.

An automation that neither retries nor warns anyone is not ready to be put into production.

Take your time back

One conversation is enough to know what AI can do in your place. Nothing to prepare: describe a task that takes too much of your time, and I’ll ask the questions.
