Privacy policy
1. In short
- This site collects information only when you decide to: by booking a call, writing on WhatsApp or writing to me via the contact form.
- It measures its traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated statistics, with no cookie and no profile. No advertising tool and no cross-site tracking is used.
- Fonts are served by this site. Only Cloudflare’s traffic measurement makes a request to a third-party service.
- If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. It is never transmitted.
- On WhatsApp, you are talking to an AI assistant supervised by Laurent Rochetta.
- Your information is neither sold nor handed over for advertising purposes.
2. Who is responsible for your data

3. What data, for what, on what basis
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 3 years at most.

4. Who receives your data

5. Your rights
You may at any time: access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing and, where processing is based on your consent or a contract, receive your data in a structured format (portability). You may also set directives for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise your rights, write via the contact form. I reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Cookies and trackers
- This site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or profiling cookie.
- The booking service is hosted on a domain separate from this site: when you open it, it may set its own technical cookie.
- No social-network button loads third-party content without your click.
7. Artificial intelligence
On WhatsApp, you are talking to an artificial-intelligence assistant, supervised by Laurent Rochetta. It answers your questions, directs you and summarises your request. It takes no decision about you that produces a legal effect or significantly affects you; a person takes over for any decision. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Messages are passed to authorised OVEANET staff.
The form is protected against automated submissions by a time-limited technical token, with no cookie and no third-party service.
9. The systems I build for you
This policy covers this site. When I put a system into production for your organisation, you are the data controller and I act as processor; data, purposes, durations and sub-processors are set in a processing agreement (GDPR, Article 28) specific to each engagement.
