AI executes.You decide.

Your business, your image, your brand: you stay focused on them. AI takes care of your invoices and your files. A partner built into your company, for two gains: time and savings.

It’s 10 pm. You’re still rechecking a file.

One wrong amount would cost too much.

What if AI took over?

By day, you focus on strategy. At night, you finally sleep.

Everything AI can do, it should do. So people are back at the centre, with time to do what they do best.

Three mistakes to avoid with AI in a company

  • Software and subscriptions piling up.

One tool per need, one subscription per tool. Costs explode and nobody knows what is really used. I rationalise all of it.

  • The error nobody sees.

The system gets an amount or a recipient wrong. Nothing crashes, nothing alerts. You find out on the invoice.

  • The supplier you can’t do without.

It works, but only the person who built it can fix it or stop it.

Who I work for

I’m the right person if

  • You run an organisation, or you work alone and need to scale up.
  • A task comes back often, and you can count how many times a month.
  • Someone on your side will answer for it.
  • You want to be coached over time, with someone at your side: I work on a subscription so that you are no longer on your own.

I’m not if

  • You want a supplier of the moment, rather than the solidity of a partner in business since 1999.
  • You want to “see what AI can do”, with no real case.
  • You’re asking me to get around a platform, or to collect data you have no right to.

The four locks

So you can let go without losing control: four rules, in every system I deliver.

  1. Scope

The AI only touches what you have opened to it.

  2. Approval

A person approves what is sensitive before it goes out.

  3. Traceability

Every action leaves a record you can read back.

  4. Reversibility

You can stop everything, undo, and carry on without me.

You decide.

Nothing sensitive goes out without a person approving it. Everything is logged.

What I build and run myself

FormaPro is OVEANET’s CRM for training providers. It is being tested with partner centres: its AI assistant prepares the actions, and a person approves each one.

The offer

An AI partner inside your company, on a monthly subscription, from €2,600 excl. VAT per month. We start with a scoping, which is then credited against the subscription. Production rollouts happen inside the subscription, or as a milestone project when they are bigger. For partner training centres: a profit-sharing option.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI make mistakes?

Yes, and it makes them with confidence: a plausible answer can be wrong. That is why, with me, it never decides alone. It prepares, a person approves, and every amount points back to its source. If the information isn’t in the source, the system declines to conclude rather than guess.

When should you not use AI?

When a simple rule is enough. When the task is too rare to justify a system. When the data doesn’t exist, or you have no right to use it. When nobody wants to answer for it. In those cases, I tell you before I bill you for the next step.

Why not just ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is very good for helping you write, summarise or think. If that is your need, use it. But if you want a system to work on your files in your place, the tool alone is not enough: you need limited rights, approval before acting, a log, and a stop button. That is what I build around the model, whichever model it is.

Take your time back

One conversation is enough to know what AI can do in your place. Nothing to prepare: describe a task that takes too much of your time, and I’ll ask the questions.
