An AI partner in your company: time saved, money saved
Everything AI can do, it does; you keep your time and energy for what you do best, and people stay at the centre. I coach you over the long term, on a monthly subscription: it is the only way to stay accountable for the system once it is live. We start with a scoping, which is then credited against the subscription. Production rollouts happen inside the subscription, or as a milestone project when they are bigger. You can stop at any step.
The plans
| Plan | For whom | Displayed price | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Initial scoping (diagnostic) | A business owner or organisation with a measurable task and access to the data | Credited against the subscription | Fixed fee, before the subscription |
| “AI Operations” subscription | An organisation that wants to put AI systems into production, run them and evolve them | From €2,600 excl. VAT / month | Monthly |
| Rollout missions | A specific system to put into service | On quote | By milestones |
| Profit-sharing partnership | Partner training centres and organisations | Per model, on quote | Reduced fixed fee + revenue share |
Pricing: The “AI Operations” subscription starts at €2,600 excl. VAT per month. The exact amount depends on scope and time included: it is written down before any commitment. Missions are quoted by milestones, after the scoping. I neither publish nor apply a day rate.
1. Scoping: where you are, where you are heading
- For whom
- A business owner or an organisation, with a task whose volume can be measured and access to the data.
- Deliverable
- A map of your flows; ranked use cases, each with an estimated annual value and the assumptions written down; who approves what; and a written decision: go to production, wait, or drop it.
- Price
- Credited against the subscription.
2. The “AI Operations” subscription
- For whom
- After a scoping, or when the scope is already clear.
- Content
- Putting the agreed systems into production, then supervising them, fixing them, improving them, and a monthly report: incidents, volume processed, AI costs, points to watch.
- Blocking incident
- I handle it, during Paris business hours; a deputy is in place.
- Price
- From €2,600 excl. VAT per month.
3. Rollout missions
- For whom
- A specific system to put into service, with an owner on the business side.
- Framework
- Inside the subscription if it fits the allowance; as a milestone project if it goes beyond it.
- Deliverable
- A system in production: scope fixed by contract, human approval of sensitive actions, an action log, supervision, documentation, training for your team and acceptance testing.
- Acceptance criterion
- Written before work starts. For example: processing time per file, before and after, on the same files.
- Price
- On quote, after the scoping, by milestones.
4. Profit-sharing partnership
- For whom
- Training centres and organisations I partner with over the long term.
- Principle
- A small fixed amount each month, plus a share tied to the organisation’s revenue. How it is invoiced is open to discussion.
- Price
- On quote. The fixed amount, rate, base and cap are not published: they are set by contract.
- Condition
- A long-term relationship and shared indicators.
What I don’t do
- Small one-off jobs, outside a subscription.
- Promising a result with no written acceptance criterion.
- Running a system I have neither put into production nor audited.
- Processing data you have no right to use.
- Recommending AI when a simple rule is enough.
Who I work for
I’m the right person if
- You run an organisation, or you work alone and need to scale up.
- A task comes back often, and you can count how many times a month.
- Someone on your side will answer for it.
- You want to be coached over time, with someone at your side: I work on a subscription so that you are no longer on your own.
I’m not if
- You want a supplier of the moment, rather than the solidity of a partner in business since 1999.
- You want to “see what AI can do”, with no real case.
- You’re asking me to get around a platform, or to collect data you have no right to.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
“AI Operations” subscription: from €2,600 excl. VAT / month. The exact amount depends on scope. The subscription is preceded by a scoping, which is then credited against it. Bigger production rollouts are quoted by milestones, after the scoping. For partner training centres, a profit-sharing option exists, priced on quote. You get the written quote before you commit.
Does the AI make mistakes?
Yes, and it makes them with confidence: a plausible answer can be wrong. That is why, with me, it never decides alone. It prepares, a person approves, and every amount points back to its source. If the information isn’t in the source, the system declines to conclude rather than guess.
When should you not use AI?
When a simple rule is enough. When the task is too rare to justify a system. When the data doesn’t exist, or you have no right to use it. When nobody wants to answer for it. In those cases, I tell you before I bill you for the next step.
Why not just ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is very good for helping you write, summarise or think. If that is your need, use it. But if you want a system to work on your files in your place, the tool alone is not enough: you need limited rights, approval before acting, a log, and a stop button. That is what I build around the model, whichever model it is.
Why not Zapier, Make or n8n?
They are good tools. They are enough to automate a simple task with little at stake. As soon as the work touches your files, your clients or your money, you also need clear limits, approval, a record and a stop button.
Why not an agency?
An agency sells a team and volume. I am one person at your side over the long term: I design, put into service and coach. I work with partners, a deputy covers for me, and my capacity is limited. If you need a large development team, I am not the one.
Why not do it in-house?
Often that is the right answer. If your team can do it, I can simply coach it: a diagnostic, a second pair of eyes. I step in mostly when the team lacks time, has little experience of running systems in production, or has to prove compliance to a third party.
What if you are unavailable?
A deputy is in place. When something breaks, I answer first, on weekdays during office hours (Paris time).
Take your time back
One conversation is enough to know what AI can do in your place. Nothing to prepare: describe a task that takes too much of your time, and I’ll ask the questions.
